Parents are invited to reflect on their own emotional wounds and coping behaviors, with the understanding that unhealed trauma can affect parenting responses. The session introduces healthy coping strategies to support emotional regulation and promote conscious, compassionate parenting.

This session guides parents in identifying relationship patterns that influence their parenting style and, consequently, their child’s emotional development. Using real-life examples and discussion-based learning, participants will explore the differences between healthy and codependent relationships, and learn ways to create more balanced, functional home environments.

This session focuses on the importance of emotional attunement and responsive parenting. Parents will learn evidence-based techniques to strengthen their relationship with their children, including active listening, emotional validation, and creating a secure emotional environment where children feel heard and supported.
